President T. Ross Rapach founded Veterans Elite on the same pillars that are the
foundation of the Special Forces Community: Trust, Integrity and the notion that
“making mission” will be the first priority. This translates to any job Veterans
Elite undertakes will be completed as planned and to the specifications promised.

After serving in the US Army for close to a decade, Veterans Elite’s President Mr.
Rapach and his elite staff are now focusing efforts on providing construction and
construction management services to the greater Northeast Region of the United States.
